Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to anyone who visits the Intellevo website, writes through the contact form or signs up to download a resource. Intellevo, registered under the CNPJ shown in the identification box on this page, is the data controller under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018). Job applications follow the candidate privacy policy, which complements this one.
What data we receive
Through the contact form we receive your name, email, phone number, company, job title, subject and message. Only name, email and message are required. You provide the rest if you wish.
To download a resource, we ask for your name, email, company, the ERP your company uses and, optionally, your job title. When you check the option, we also record that you agree to receive other content from Intellevo by email.
While you browse, the website uses cookies, described in the next section. The hosting server also records technical access data, such as IP address, date and page visited, for security and to investigate failures.
Cookies
Necessary cookies do not require your permission, because the website does not work properly without them. A technical session cookie protects the forms against forged submissions and expires within a few hours, and your cookie choice is stored in your own browser. So that we can prove that choice, the website also keeps an anonymous record of it: a random code created in your browser, the date, the option chosen and the version of this policy, with no name, email or IP address. The code appears under Cookie preferences, in case you need to provide it.
Recommended cookies are optional and are used to measure the website's audience: we use Google Analytics to count visits and understand, in aggregate, which pages are read, for how long, where visitors come from and on what kind of device. These cookies are only activated if you accept all or check "Recommended" in the notice shown on your first visit.
You can change your choice at any time under Cookie preferences, in the website footer. The choice is valid for twelve months, after which the notice appears again.
YouTube videos published on the website only load when you click to watch. Until the click, no information goes to Google; after it, the video follows Google's privacy policy.
What we use it for
We use the form data to reply to your message, understand what you need and, when it makes sense, present a proposal. Signing up for a resource is used to send the file link to your email and to let Intellevo know who was interested in the topic and, when it makes sense, get in touch about it. Other content by email only goes to people who checked that option. Technical records are used to keep the website secure and running, and data from recommended cookies, which only exists if you allow it, is used to improve content and navigation. We do not sell, rent or give away personal data for third-party marketing.
Legal bases
The processing is based on Intellevo's legitimate interest in replying to people who contact it and in protecting the website (art. 7, IX, of the LGPD) and, when the contact concerns a purchase, on carrying out preliminary steps toward a contract at your request (art. 7, V). Sending the resource and contacting you about the topic are based on legitimate interest (art. 7, IX). Recommended cookies and receiving other content by email depend on your consent (art. 7, I), which you can withdraw whenever you want. Data required by law is processed to comply with that obligation (art. 7, II).
Who we share it with
Form messages reach Intellevo through Microsoft's corporate email (Microsoft 365), and the website is hosted by a contracted hosting provider. A copy of each message and each resource sign-up is also kept in the submission log of the website's admin panel, with the same provider, with access restricted to authorized people. If you allow recommended cookies, browsing data is processed by Google, the provider of Google Analytics. These providers process the data only to deliver their service to Intellevo.
Microsoft and Google may process data outside Brazil. In that case, the transfer follows the contractual safeguards provided for in art. 33 of the LGPD. We may also share data when required by a competent authority, within the limits of the law.
How long we keep it
Contact messages and resource sign-ups are kept, in email and in the admin panel's submission log, for up to two years after the last interaction; in the panel log, they are deleted automatically at the end of that period. The anonymous record of your cookie choice is kept for two years. Anyone who asks to stop receiving content by email is removed from the list immediately. If the contact results in a contract, the data becomes subject to the rules of that contract and to legal retention obligations. Technical server records are kept for six months, the period set by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework for application access logs, and audience measurement data stays in Google Analytics for up to fourteen months.
Your rights
You can request, at any time, confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of anything incomplete or out of date, anonymization, blocking or deletion of what is unnecessary, portability and information about who we share it with. When processing depends on your consent, you can withdraw it. These rights are set out in art. 18 of the LGPD.
To exercise any of them, write to the privacy channel shown in the box. We reply within 15 days. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can contact the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Security
The website only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the forms are protected against bots and forged submissions, and the mailboxes that receive the messages and the admin panel's submission log have access restricted to authorized people.
Changes
This policy may change when the website gains new features or when the law requires it. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
